[TYPO3-hci] Combine page and list module into one module

Hi Franz,

i think your approach should go to another place, as i don't want to have 
page/list removed or changed in a "big" way.

There is sys_action which is near by your idea, so it would be nice to 
improve this. It offers a way to edit records with a special treatment, so 
it would be a good place for editors or "non-technical" people.
Special modules for this interface could provide special methods how these 
records are treated, not only the TCEforms.

So may be you're interested in, feel free to make a first proposal for that 
on a wiki-page, so a team development can start on this.
