[TYPO3-hci] Combine page and list module into one module

Web > Page has possibility to show some records but the list is 
hardcoded. Franz Holzinger proposed to make that configurable - 
implemented in tm_contentaccess (new record types needs some extra 
configuration to work and need an additional plugin).

Templavoila doesn't have that possibility at all.

Just needed for Web > Page and Web > List needed configuration. Afaik in 
TS Config for pages can set for Web > List what record to show.
