[TYPO3-hci] Path in Web>page cropped but no tooltip

Hey,

there are JS tooltip applications that replace all title="blabla" with 
JS tooltips dynamically. This way, we have a "backwards-compatible" way 
in a simple and dynamic manner:

* Step 1: Add the title="" to everything we want
* Step 2: Add the JS tooltip script to do this

Of course, Step 1 can happen now and Step 2 at some other point.
