Hi Ingo,

i agree with changing the rows, that is like you know from all desktop 
applications (only $MS thinks to have to be revolutional and did menus that 
are not usable :D)

2nd what is very "old fashined" are the menus in select box. Espacially new 
users don't recognice it as a menu.
