so it's better to leave hidden in general because
- it's not included for subpages
- it's a most used function should available in "main" tab

@Ingo: Apply settings to subpages - there is the same problem that it 
doesn't say which setting is applied.

So which setting is applied to subpages?
- user access [yes}
- start / stop [?]
- login mode [?]
