So 'Use Access Settings for Subpages' is not the right label, because I 
would understand 'Access-Settings' for the whole tab.

But is hidden,starttime,endtime the most frequently used field next to 
the title? Why aren't display together? So you have to change the tab, 
when you are creating a new page

Perhaps everybody should says, which fields he uses more often...
