[TYPO3-hci] Doktypes: Advanced and a new one

Hi,
the patch is done, and Shortcut / external URL is left as they are without
changes.
This might be the best for the users as they are used to the terms.
The only thing i would change is to have such additional properties to
external url like
* link target
* get-params
sure, get-params could be used in url, but with extra field it would be
possible to manipulate them through TS.
