[TYPO3-hci] Creating news, events...

Hi Jens,

what you say is a good idea too. But i see there a problem: A Red.
create a News in page "product X". Then he see, that he made spelling
mistake and he wants to change the text. I think, that the Red. search
for the News in page "product X" and not in the predefined Sysfolder. To
solve this, i see to ways:
1.) Page "product X" should have shortcut to the news in the Sysfolder.
2.) If you save the News on page "product X", there should be a message
like "The News was saved in 'the predefined Sysfolder'..."

An other way, that Red. don't save News in the false page: Create in
the accessrights a part, where Admins can define, which content-elements
for a page/sysfolder are allowed (perhaps it's possible with TSconfig -
i don't know).
Example: Page "product X": yes=text; no=news,images only,...
Now, if you would create content on page "product X" you see on the "Add
content wizard" of course the item "text". If you move with the mouse
over, the backgroundcolor changed to green (see chart 46). You also see
news, images only... but there the background changed to red and the
"Mouse-Over Help" say: "You can't create this element there. (It's only
possible on page/sysfolder: ...)". All Elements, who are in the
BE-User-groups deactivated, are not visible.
So the Red. see all their possible elements. They don't choose text but
they mean news. The Red. know also, in which page/sysfolder they must
create the element.
