[TYPO3-hci] copy icons in Web>page

but you don't have clickemenu, if the page doesn't have any
content element. It is extremely annoying that in the standard
page module you can't paste any content element to an emtpy page.
That's why I and B. Kraft added first possibity to add paste button.
That was *very important*.

Then we added also copy and cut icons, which are available also
in context menu.
