[TYPO3-hci] copy icons in Web>page

Hi,

you always have copy/paste in the clickmenu, and as every header of a
content element contains a clickable icon (which spawns the clickmenu),
you can do copy/paste just in the web module.
Anyways I agree it might not be as userfriendly as expected - on the
other hand: As soon as you know about it, it's no big deal anymore.
