[TYPO3-hci] "Places Containing TypoScript" (PCT)

Maybe the constants and the setup field could also be merged in a way 
that you have one field for your raw template with html and only very 
few ts in the site-context?
also the constants field could go below the setup field, i guess its 
needed less?
