true but together with mtb-sites i like the listview also for normal
pages because of the translation overview. that does not work with tv
but with the classic page module it can be very handy. also
moving/copying more than ove record is a festure wich is not offered by
the page module.

in that case the lostview is reflecting the same data. but maybe it's
better to integrate these features into the page module insted of
teachimg redacteurs to use the listview on normal pages.

thinking about that i see that you'right it's much better to bring the
needed features from the listview to the page module and to change the
view depending on the pagetype.

another strange point is the clipboard. the current solution is quite
hard to understand for users. i think it should behave a bit more like
the windows clipboard by default. wich means that the default setting
should be able to contain more than one record and the button wich is
pressed to transfer the records to the clipboard should decide weather
they are copied or moved. the secondary clipboards are a nice fature but
only some people will usee them.

wich extension do you mean? i have a some fresh installed 4.0
intstallations and they still have the static templates. i dont see a
compatilility extension in the em even with shy extensions enabled.

or do i get something wrong.
