[TYPO3-hci] Backend in "Mambo"-Mode

I don't know MAMBO, but I agree that sometimes it would be nice if I (my 
users) didn'tt have to fiddle in Web>List in the page tree to add news, etc.

TYPO3 has the task manager but it doesn't have the nice big buttons :-)
