[TYPO3-hci] Usage statistcs

Hi all,

What about implementing usage statistics of features and configuration  
settings? These data could - if the administrator agrees - be send  
anonymously to a central server. The results could be used to get a more  
objective picture which configuration settings and combinations of  
configuration settings are used. Same for functionality.

Based on this the preconfiguration of the system could be improved more  
and more to the most common needs of the users. This is not thought as a  
specific 4.5 issue, but as one peace in a total quality management process.
