[TYPO3-hci] Self announcement

Hello Uschi,

thats very good to have not only developers or admins here, but users 
with all the problems in learning typo3 :)

I support the task force for launching typo3 at university of trier 
(www.uni-trier.de) here, so it seems we help typo3 to get wider spread 
at universities in Germany.
