I think "Netviewer one2one" (
http://www.netviewer.com/index.php?content=01_02_01_0002) should be exactly
the solution we´re looking for. Unfortunatly it´s not for free but has a
fair pricing. Another advantage of this product is easy installing (starting
an exe) and easy connecting to each other (just give on the  telephone a
short number to Ursulla).
