[TYPO3-hci] standard content elements, page module

Hi Peter and others.

Having read the read I conclude two requests:

- Removing standard content elements to be optional: I find that out  
of the focus for 4.5 (ease-of-use, sex appeal) but certainly a thing  
for 5.0
- Flexible layout of Web > Page: Already suggested by Bas. Will add  
to wiki.
