[TYPO3-hci] Small improvements

Hi

Starting from small improvements, which Waldemar proposed

1) Create new record among 'View page'

2) Create new page - *all* options* in the same page

Those options could be inline popups, when the 'Create new page' link
would *not need* necessary at all this.
If context menus would have these options as a sub-menu *only*
using wizard needed to go another page
1) click create new page and get  pop-up/inlinepopup to select
2) if inside/after go *immediately* 'Edit page propeties' - no need to 
open a new page *except' wizard used!
