[TYPO3-ect] Can't upload to TER

OK, thank you. Meanwhile I have found the issue. A user pointed out, that a new release of the TER was installed recently which performs a stricter check on the TYPO3 dependencies. I already tested t3chimp with the latest development version of TYPO3 and thus I bumped the compatibility up to 
TYPO3 6.2.99. But since 6.2 was not yet officially released, the extension got rejected. I didn't think of it as an issue because I already released two versions with the TYPO3 6.2.99 dependency.

I think this is a good feature but the typo3.org team should announce such breaking changes on the site. Also, more detailed error messages would be helpful.
