First of all I'm very sorry for the problems you encounter, but 
unfortunately this mailing list is not the place to find people who can 
look into these problems. The Extension Coordination Team only deals 
with organisational issues around extensions and can help with transfer 
of extension keys.

The TER is handled by the typo3.org team [1]. They have access to the 
server and take care of possible bugs.
