There is a ratio of YES and NO. Version works or version works not.
This ratio threshold depends on the implementation of the interface.
If people tend to use it to send NO, when things are not working
the outcome is different from an interface where people either
decide for YES or NO to get rid of a blinking button.
So the ratio threshold may be more easy to find by experience than
by sound statistics. Maybe it's enough to communicate the result
of the ratio and the overall feedback and let people judge on their own.
The ratio could also be used to weight the result of a search in TER.
