I created a fork.

Reason for fork:
- Waiting time
- Drop Support for old TYPO3 version under 4.5
- I don't care for windows server, I don't drop the support if it works...

Userplugin use now db_mountpoints (user and group, what exists) and is under 
help, so you have full frame.
