[TYPO3-ect] Awstats and new TYPO3 versions

You could fork or you could try to take over the extension. The 
procedure for taking over extensions can be found at [1].

If you want to take over, please open an issue on forge. There you can 
add information about when you tried to contact whom.

The members of the ics_awstats team haven't logged in since end of 2011. 
The newmedia.ch company seems to be in business and they still offer 
TYPO3 services. Maybe you can try to contact the company and ask them to 
transfer the extension key to you? If they have problems doing that 
themselves, but they do want you to continue development they/you can 
always as the Extension Coordination team to do the actual transfer.
