[TYPO3-ect] Remove obsolete extensions from TER

BTW: i you are about to notify owner of obsolete extensions, what about
notifying those who own extensions that haven't been update for a
certain time period. Especially those containing xclasses are likely to
be obsolete even if not marked ;).
