[TYPO3-ect] Extension Owner: "seo"

Hello Benjamin,

we don't have a defined time-frame, when a extensionkey should be
transfered, but when the time is "long enough" it's not a problem.

There's not extension in TER called "seo", so just the key is registered.

How long are you waiting for response now?
