[TYPO3-ect] Extension Owner: "seo"

Hey developers,

as some of you might know, I've been working on the "seo_basics" 
extension in the last year. However, the feature that will come along in 
the next months will go over the "basics", so I've been wondering about 
the Extension Key "seo" which would suit way better as a defacto 
standard for SEO management. Although there are no releases of this 
extension on the TER yet, I found out the owner of the extension key 
(thanks to the typo3.org team) and sent him emails about the key, to 
multiple addresses and multiple times. But without a single answer.

So, I'd like to address this issue to the extension coordination team 
what to do in this case. I would love to take over the extension and 
make an awesome SEO extension that will be a good out-of-the-box 
solution with some advanced features.

Could somebody help me what I should do in this case? thanks.
