this is a very general discussion, one time needed. Please read the 
whole thread why it's needed. Don't let us discuss why we discuss! ;-)

Yes! That's what I want, too - image the development is going on and on 
AND you can use a non-changing API:

Imagine that you just set the dependency "lib02" and "div02". 02 would 
be the second release for public usage. The next release would be 
"lib03" and "div03".

=> So several versions of lib/div can be in the same TYPO3-installation.
