I'll speak on Christoph's behalf. It's always fun to put words in his 
mouth ;)

If there's a viable development community, then we're happy to do the 
whole move and rename thing.

We view tx_party as an important extension for WEC and the rest of the 
TYPO3 community and want to see development continue as quickly as 
possible.  We ended up with it in the first place because there wasn't a 
development community, but if moving and renaming will spur things 
along, then lets do that.

For what its worth, we can continue to host at 
svn.webempoweredchurch.org if the T3Forge thing doesn't work out and 
that is desired. We'll have the ability to do ticketing there and can 
also do unit testing and T3X builds on each commit. We don't have to 
stay there by any means, but there is some nice infrastructure already 
in place.
