Hello Andreas,
thanks to find out the problem. You're right, I don't have influence in
this setting.
My admin has "/usr/etc/pear.conf" here, where yours has set
"/etc/php5/apache2/pear.conf".
I'm shure the webinterface doesn't write /etc/php5/apache2/pear.conf,
but it seems to be needed to read (!) the file.
## Does your admin allow you to put /etc/php5/apache2/pear.conf in the
openbasedir-path?
