[TYPO3-ect] New Extension JS-Manager - First Version

Hi all,

so actually I ported extjs to the new framework.

Check out on sf.net (typo3xdev) tx_extjs/trunk.

It also works as before, but now also supportes the jsmanager-framework.
Just look at directory doc where I put an example-TS-config.

As next step I will do the same for jquery, so that everybody can see
the order-feature.
