Ok. Forget about this.
I tried some phpdoc generators today and modified the class.tx_div.php
in svn to get some nice output (its only a single class and easier to
undo). 
Take a look at http://www.camlann.de/apidoc/ to get an impression,
who nicely Elmars docs can look like :)

Should i do the same with tx_lib?
