[TYPO3-ect] new version of smartyView

Hi,

i uploaded a new version of smartyView (for lib) that works in practice.
Thx for Ries for his support.

The dependency changed from smarty to rpt_smarty, which is the better and 
newer extension
(i'm not happy that both extensions never updated and the authors don't 
respond)

Anyway for all who want to use smartyView, get the update:
