[TYPO3-ect] Testing the PEAR installer/ uploaded 2.3.3

Hello Elmar,

the path is now created so, that pear/PEAR is automaticly the first
pear-repository in the path-queue, and it can be switched off in EM. So
that problem is solved.

The next task for me is to get the details of installed pear-packages,
so that the EM can get it. For each package there's a version,
description and a big array of functions the packages "provides".

The package PEAR_Info helps me to understand how it works.
