[TYPO3-ect] lib: Before going to beta

Thanks Fabien, that's what I'm talking about although Elmar doesn't like 
to listen to people as it seems! That in return raises the question what 
we have the ECT and lib/div for if not for forcing people to good code?

To me this seems as lib/div is not a team effort with team decissions 
but rather a one man show with one man decissions!
