[TYPO3-ect] TODO: PEAR installer/ uploaded

Hello Fabien,

for the next that single-PEAR-packages are good!

For these single ones the Extension Manager can check the dependencies,
that's a thing what I have to implement for the
multi-PEAR-package-extension named "pear".

bb_htmlquickform 1.0.0 == HTML_QuickForm 3.2.6
