Hi Fabien,

yes, "pear" is official from Extension Coordination Team. Since today.

We need a speaking name what says what's inside: pear

And we need a fixed standard path for the classes: and that's
typo3conf/ext/pear/PEAR/

Next aim for it is, that the extension manager can check dependencies
and updates for PEAR-packages, and the kickstarter can set dependencies
for PEAR-packages.
