Yes, the code must also be also in SVN. So every registered user can
contribute easily. Also the documentation.

you mean a new discussion or the discussion some time ago when we asked
the core-team about it?

I think we shall use "/var/www/t34/typo3conf/ext/pear/" as path. In the
EM I want to add a new "kind":

$extensionData[technicalData][dependencies][0][kind] = pear-depends
$extensionData[technicalData][dependencies][0][extensionKey] =
HTML_QuickForm
$extensionData[technicalData][dependencies][0][versionRange] = 3.2.0-3.2.9
