[TYPO3-ect] tx_party: Let's get started!

Hello Dave,

now I'm happy with the formatting in the wikipage. A longlist with much
code-parts inside are not possible with mediawiki-formatting -- now the
look is a little bit different but valid wikistyle.

Must these calls be an every extension or just in the base-framework
(pi_base / lib) :
if ($this->LU->checkRight(EXTKEY_PLUGINNAME_ACTIONNAME) { }

Can you give a real-life example? I don't have the time to check it out
now, but I would like to understand it in the main functionality.
