[TYPO3-ect] lib/div 1.0 - it's time to say thank you

Hi,
I wonder how to handle the following issues using lib/div:

1.Passing non model related data to the view.
E.g. static localized text etc.

2.Combining views from severall actions(i.e request a foreign action).

3.Model localization

4.Static text localization

Some may enlighten me please ;)
