I think that point depends on all the feedback we get on this RFC.
Perhaps it's also possible to get Robert's ideas he showed at the T3DD06
in Dietikon. But as far as I can remember his object-structure for the
Party Information Framework was more of a TYPO3 5.0 style than any of
the 4.x branch.

I'd personally prefer this one.

This one should also be of concern but more in parts of several concepts
and not of experimental implementing some code, that might work for 5.0.

As announced some months ago, I cannot put too much power into the Party
Information Framework as I would have done until end of September 2006.
At that time it has been my designated diploma thesis - but that changed
to the "Inline Relational Record Editing" at the beginning of October 2006.
So, if the Party Information Framework uses IRRE for data-handling, I'd
be happy to care about developments on this part. I'm sure, that the
Party Information Framework has some more requirements that are not yet
implemented in Inline Relational Record Editing. If feature-requests on
that appear on the horizon, I'd like to get those implemented.

I agree, that Party Information Framework shouldn't be a one- or
two-man-show. So, let's see, what other enthusiasts state on that.
