[TYPO3-ect] Provide general AJAX call handler for backend functions/modules with mID technique

Hi Steffen and all,

first tell me the name for it :-)
I asked this also in the dev-list/ "Backend ajax: mID", so everybody has
the chance to decice.

* AJAX mID
** pro: says what it is technically
** contra: newbee-devs maybe are confused

* AJAX Standards
** pro: is more open, can have some more things like this (we WILL need
more, I'm shure)
** contra: maybe not clear enough that it's also about mID

Pleaz answer soon, then I create the page
under "Active Projects"
