[TYPO3-ect] Smarty: Which configuration to set?

Well, it prompts for: smarty_dir, template_dir


I testet it with the current version of lib in SVN. It has a lot of
modifications which may be the reason. 

I uploaded a special hello world extension for smarty to SVN with the
extension key "satsumas". It is a "apples" extension modified for a smarty
template.

If no configuration is required the point doesn't make any sense.
