[TYPO3-ect] phpunit: Experiencies and TODO

Hi!

Please have it made as 'phpunit' in the bugtracker. I sent an email to 
Ingmar 22. oct. (just before going on my 6 week break), but never heard 
anything. So if you guys can push it through, I would much appreciate it :-)

I was looking at typo3xdev.sf.net. If people think it's a good idea, I 
will have the phpunit-extension moved there. I will be the 'maintainer' 
and those of you who wish to contribute will become 'developers'; I 
think these are the correct terms, according to [1]. (If I can not have 
the extension on typo3xdev, I will move it to t3xdev.googlecode.com)

To sum up:

1) Make entry in bugtracker for tx_phpunit.

2) Tell me if I should try to get phpunit extension on typo3xdev.sf.net 
or t3xdev.googlecode.com
