[TYPO3-ect] FYI 3 x nusoap-extension ?!

Hey Christian,

this is indeed a huge problem.
I have even see core developers doing the same thing,
what can we do about it?

A other example would be:
I used the phpadsnew extension and extended it a lot.
However I tried to get in contact with the author but my
changes where never applied... or with the promise he would
look at it. Nothing happened so I created ltg_phpadsnew.

6 Months ago yet a other phpadsnew extension come to TER,
that guy implemented a different method to show the advertisements.
He never (as far as I know) contacted me to extend my extension.

Result is 3 extensions doing the same!! What can we do about that???

One solution would be a human is going to decide if a extension
is going to be put on TER. Is that fair?? (I think so in some extend).

But it is a huge problem. IMHO It is to easy to put something on TER,
no discussion can be started with maintainers etc....
