I'm following your discussion because that topic is really interesting
for me, too. Now I can contribute something. ;-)

interpretation on that wiki (..) GPL licence  (..) 4.) clearness about
the license questions (..)

There's an institute in germany named "ifrOSS" what cares about
law-questions of free OSS-projects. It's hosted in the jurawiki.de
("jura" is german for law).
