I don't read this. Just the opposite.


But there seems to by a trial to change the license to make it
compatible with Rails:

http://dev.rubyonrails.org/browser/spinoffs/prototype/LICENSE

But the all in one file comes still under MIT:

http://prototype.conio.net/dist/prototype-1.4.0.js

So I think it is important to take the multifile type of prototype. It
allows to change the licence to GPL.
