If you mean that it should become a longer extension key like sys_div,
No. That would decrease the usibility. We had a long discussion to find
the best of all names. That is setteled now.

If you mean it should become part of the set of core extensions, I am
sure it will go there. For now I am happy it is not part of the core, so
it is open for ideas of all extension developers.
