We usually deal with simple key-value pairs. I still don't understand
why we need XML complexity to organize this. DB or simple hashfile
would do it. The only prerequest would be, that everything is stored
in utf-8. From that it could be converted to any character code.

However the language framework is given and works. We should act
within this frame.
