I ran into one question on testsite that's worth discussing.  For the 
required extensions, do we want to include all extensions that are 
included in the original testsite package or only those that are 
actually used?

Extensions like phpmyadmin, tstemplate_ceditor, and func_wizards are all 
useful backend extensions but do not have to be present for the package 
to work correctly.

We also have the extension like lowlevel and cms that are (almost) 
always present.  Should we go ahead and include these as requirements 
though, since the package will not function without them?

Once we get this figured out, I'll create the package and upload it.
