[TYPO3-ect] Selecting libraries

Hello typoniks,

one by one the developers publish their libraries for typo3. Having a
look into the current New and updated list I directly find 3 of them:

* FrontEnd API by Morten Tranberg Hansen
* Fully Blown StdWrap by Joh
* Dataobjectbuilder by Dieter Kuckertz

There are a lot in the full list:

* Object-TypoScript by dan frost
* Library for Frontend plugins by Stefan Geith
* dynaflex by Thomas Hempel
* 1001 form generating library
* and a lot more

All of this extensions are full of experiences. None of them will be
used very often as long as they are not publically supported.

It is not very sure to build your own extensions onto them, the API
may change or there is simply no documentation or support. Isn't it
time to pick out the best concepts for common use and to give them the
necessary support?

* How can we manage to share our experiences with all this libraries?
* How can we select those which shall become a more official library base?
* How can we organize this official library base?

We need a plan.
